The annual report, the 14th of is kind so far, gathers feedback and assessments of the community on the business environment, economic management quality and administrative reform efforts of the municipal and provincial governments across Vietnam.
After many efforts of reforming administrative procedures to facilitate enterprises, improving investment environment, increasing competitiveness index, the PCI 2018 sees the increase of Yen Bai province when ranks 42th with 66,22 points. On PCI report 2017, Yen Bai ranked 46st.
In the 10 component indexes of Yen Bai, Access to Land, Transparency, Policies Bias, Proactive Ledership, Labor training, Law &Order increased in comparision with 2017.
The Provincial Competitive Index (PCI) 2018 sees Quang Ninh province topping for the second time.
